What To Expect

Real transformation doesn't happen in 30 days. We require a 3-month minimum to ensure you have the time and structure to see genuine results. Most clients continue for 6–12 months.

Training 3–6x Per Week

Depending on your goals and program, you'll train 3–6 days per week. This isn't negotiable—consistency is the foundation of results.

Lifestyle Responsibility

Training is only part of the equation. Sleep, nutrition, recovery—these matter. We'll guide you, but you're responsible for following through outside the gym.

Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

You'll submit progress updates, photos, and training logs weekly. We review everything and provide feedback. This isn't optional—it's part of the system.
